Lisa’s Handmade Cards

This is a scrapbook page I made for my new little niece, Claire. I used George to cut out the hearts and Alphalicions for the letters. I embossed some of the hearts and paper pieced the bear together.

Teenager Valentine’s Day card. The hearts are from George (I’m stuck on George right now I guess). They are rimmed with stickles. I hand stitched the X’s and the XO are rub-ons. Nothin’ to fancy.

I was looking through a magazine at my mother-in-laws and saw a wreath made of ties. I was given a bunch of old ties from my little brother and thought I’d try it out. Some of the ties are a little ugly (no offense Tommy!) but I think it turned out pretty well.

Did I mention Easter is my favorite holiday? I am not sure why. Probably because when I was little you got to go to grocery stores and run down the isles getting candy and parks where they’d do Easter egg hunts. I don’t think they do cool things like that anymore. Anyway, the stamps are by Inky Antics, the carrot is stickled, and the bunnies arms are 3D. Thanks for looking!
