Lisa’s Handmade Cards

As promised here is the card I made using my witch paper piecing. I just can’t wait for the holidays to be here! The green polka dot paper is by BoBunny. The Happy Halloween stamp is by Imaginisce.

Totally off topic, here are a few girls I made today. Both patterns are by myscrapchick. Also, if we could give my glue gun a moment of silence. It died on me today. It’s not even a year old! I guess I better replace it with a better quality one. I did receive a bottle of flower soft in the mail today so that cheered me up. I hope I have time to use it soon!

I made this fabulous little witch today. I saw a super sweet toll painting and made my pattern from her. I plan to make her identical twin sister into a card after I pick up the paper I want to use for it tomorrow. I just couldn’t wait to post her though. I’d say she’s my favorite pattern out of all that I’ve made. The Happy Halloween stamp is a Snag’em Stamp by Imaginisce. Thanks for droppin’ in!

I made this lil’ lady layout all ready to be used. The “lady” chipboard letters are cut out from alphalicious. I love my cricut! I’m hoping to get a deep cut blade and housing duo soon so they are easier to do. The ladybug and striped patterned paper is from Pressed Petals. The bear pattern is from myscrapchick. She is usually holding an ice cream cone. The ladybugs come from a Stampin’ Up stamp. I just cut them apart.

A couple of new kids ready to go swimming. The patterns are by myscrapchick. They are having their dollar days where certain patterns are only a dollar. Check them out.

My most talented cousin Jenny has been visiting from California the past few days and we’ve been crafting it up. I’ve been working on a few scrapbook pages for one of my dearest friends and his adorable wife who are expecting there first, a boy they are naming Tavan, in November. The top frog layout is made using coordinating Cloud9Design paper. The frog is a paper piecing pattern by Treasureboxdesing (you can find her on e-bay). The other paper piecings I hand drew and cut out. It has two 4X4 mats.

The second layouts polkadot paper is by One Heart One Mind and the animal paper is by Imaginisce. The scalloped circle is from the Cricut cartridge Mini Monograms and “TAVAN” is made out of cardboard letters cut out from Basecamp. My favorite is the light blue footprint ribbon (thanks Jenny!). It has one large 5X7 mat. I didn’t make these at home so I didn’t have my sewing machine which bummed me out. However, I am working on a few more baby boy layouts that will have more detail on them. I also find out my baby’s sex (my second) on Monday so there will be a lot of baby projects to come!
