Yet another Whipper Snapper stamp (still haven’t found my acrylic blocks and they are all mounted). I’d post more pics to show his 3D feet and the tag at the top but it’s late. I’ll try to up date it tomorrow. I used watercolor markers this time. I’ll get better at it. The backwash is hard to avoid. Anyway, this is the front of an envelope. I decided to go that route so that I can put in pics, a gift card, and a letter and hand deliver it. The present is stickled and attached to the ribbons with a mini safety pin.
