I make a lot of cards but I rarely actually use them. I hoard them for myself. This year one of my goals is to mail out more cards. This one is from my nephew Liam (shh, don’t tell). I tried to go with a simple card. There is a lot to be said about a well made simple card. I like this card but I think it ended up looking like two cards put together to make one. Like the stars should be one card and the crocodile and sentiment should be another. :S I added the stars in the corner because the card looked too simple and then added the skittles or pebbles or whatever you call them. I think that is the problem. Oh well, he’ll like it.
I followed High Hopes challenge this week which is a card for a baby or young child.
