I am stuck on High Hopes stamps at the moment. They have some super cute stamps but they aren’t that easy to get your hands on them here in the US. There is a new on-line store here in the states called Stamp and Create (link on sidebar too) that carry them. Woohoo! The selection isn’t super big but I did find a few that I’ve been pining over. I ordered a them a few weeks ago and now she has lowered her prices and offered a first time buyers discount. Grrr. It’s been bugging me all day that I spent more than I had to.
I really wanted to join in the High Hopes Stamp Challenge which is a birthday theme this week but I don’t have any HH birthday theme stamps or phrases. I picked Elmer the elephant (one of my older HH) and then put on my thinking cap on ways to make him birthday worthy. I tried to give him a party hat but his eyes are too far up so I ended up having him hold some b-day balloons. It works. The polka dot paper (I’m stuck on them too) is by Cloud9 and the “happy birthday” is a rub-on. I used my Martha Stewart punch on the front. The inside is pretty plain this go round so I didn’t even photograph it. The rest of my HH stamps will get their debut soon so stay tuned!

I love his balloons! He’s a perfect birthday card!
If there are specific HH stamps that you would like you can contact Lacey through the Stamp and Create store and make a request. I know that she will be carrying much more in the future and I’m sure she’d like to know what her customers want!
Thanks for playing with High Hopes!
Thank you for the suggestion! I will do so!!
