Sorry, I can’t stand living in boxes so I’ve been working on getting settled. I’m about all out of umph. This is a picture of my daughters bedspread. My mother made it for my when I first moved away to college. She was still finishing it while we drove all my belongs to my first apartment. It has been through a lot with me. It means a great deal to me that my daughter is using it now. I hated having it put away.
I’ve been doing a lot of entertaining this week (and being entertained as well). It’s been a lot of fun however my craft time has been slim. All I have to do on my table runner is sew the edges. I tried to finish last night but my daughter wanted to help with the pinning and see and touch all of my beads… needless to say I didn’t finish. We are having a big group of friends over tomorrow night so I’ll spend the day cleaning and baking. I’ll try to post one of my favorite bread stick or cookie recipes. I love days where I get to bake and bake and bake…
