My Copic Storage Solution

I haven’t been happy with my Copic set up. When I bought my first installment (I buy just a couple at a time to soften the blow) I also bought the Copic sketch marker storage case. It holds 72 markers. I loath this thing. The markers don’t stand up straight because the divider for the individual markers only comes up an inch or so. I outgrew the 72 markers limit pretty quickly and then started using the lid to hold the excess. The papers and ziploc bags in there are holding the markers up. It’s also a pain to put them all back in order.

I really wanted something like this gorgeous caddy but it wasn’t in the budget. I was at the thrift store this week and saw this 7up crate. I picked it up for a dollar, added some empty jars I’ve stored in the basement, and filled them with my lovely Copics. Seriously, I love them. It has handles on the side so I can take them all with me or just one color group in a jar. Plus there is room to grow. Bonus! :)

I’ve also got a jar with some of the stuff I use for my Prismacolor pencils so I can drag that out when I use my pencils too. I love to see others storage solutions as well. If you’ve got any fun ideas please share!
