I use to make every stamped card have a 3D element so I did a lot of cutting. I own a small pair of Cutter Bee scissors that I adore. I've tried a few other brands but find the Cutter Bee's to be the easiest to work with. It's time consuming to cut out small or thin images and it makes me nervous so I just take my time.
