Hi all! Here to share with you my 7 Kids Challenge card. Yep, I signed on for another 6 months with the fabulous DT. I can’t help myself. I love 7 Kids! I just had Oliver and Amelia (they are a set) arrive this week. I couldn’t wait to color them up (Oliver coming soon). I actually picked them out because I feel I’m lacking in boyish stamps (and they are adorable) but then remembered this fun girly flip flop charm I picked up awhile back. I was excited to finally use it.

Oh yes, I should mention what the new challenge is. It’s to texturize it! Use lots of products, embossing, layers, whatever to add some texture to your project.

I can’t believe it’s really been two weeks since my last post and it’s challenge time once again at 7 Kids. What a slacker I have been! I must say though that the Mr. Mojo bug has come to town and I’ve been coloring up a storm the last two days and loving it. Thank goodness!

The new challenge is a sketch by the talented Mrs. Suzanne Dean. On top of that we are looking for beach themed cards. I used High Hopes Little Sand Architect. We’d love to have you join us!

Sorry about being MIA. I’ve been taking a bit of a breather. I couldn’t wait too long to whip out this cute little guy though. I gave Crissy’s dotted background another try. I think it turned out nicely. I distressed the edges of my card as well but think I need to get a little rougher next time since you can’t really tell.

Sorry the photos are so dark today.

I am entering this card into High Hopes challenge which is “It’s a Party!” It’s a beach party. He looks like he’s partying, doesn’t he?

I’ll be back tomorrow with my Practical Scrappers card! This weeks challenge is acrylics, vellum, or transparencies.
Three things I don’t really use so it truly was a challenge. I’ll be back tomorrow to announce the winner of my Birthday candy giveaway too!
