Sorry about my lack of posts. I’ve been working on making some extra Christmas money and my paper pieced animals do the best. I thought I’d post a few pictures of the animals I’ve being making so you don’t think I’ve been slacking. The patterns are from myscrapchick. I have been working on some of my own patterns but won’t be showing them off until I get the whole set done. I think they are pretty darn cute if I may say so myself. …I just realized I forgot to add the owl I just finished. Blast. You can find these animals here and here to purchase.

Today is my SIL Shannon’s birthday. I usually don’t post my cards until they have been given out but I’m taking my chances today since we won’t be home late from celebrating with her. This is my newest fab stamp. It came in the mail yesterday and I couldn’t wait to use it. It’s a Kraftin Kimmie stamp called Lilith. You can purchase it here or here. Charlotte is my absolute favorite but she was out when I made my purchase (I had another stamp on sale I’ve been waiting for) so she’s next on my list. I think they are fabulous!! They just released a bunch of new fantastic stamps as well.
I’m entering this card in two challenges-
Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps- tag your it (use a tag)
Papertake Weekly Challenge- spots n’ stripes (my favorite combo)
The patterned paper is by Pebbles and the CS is bazzill. I’m very happy with how the color combo turned out. The tag was made using my cricut for the circle and nestibilities on the layers. The sentiment is a rub-on. Thanks for checkin’ me out!! Hope you love it Shannon!!

I’m a little swamped right now so I didn’t think I’d have time to get a card up for the next few days however, I couldn’t sleep last night so I used my time wisely (in my opinion). I made this card following the sketch challenge this week for Mojo Monday. The stamp is by Whipper Snapper and both patterned papers are from Making Memories. I used my Prismacolor markers to color the image which has 3D elements as well.

My dear husband is working on giving my site a face lift. Hopefully there will be some more color up soon. I am super excited to have my new logo up for all to see!! I love it! I have business cards on the way too that I will send out with my invitation/card orders. A fabulous designer who happens to be an old dear friend put a lot of talent and thought into it. To check out more of her work you can visit her site at LuckyJane Designs. She has fantastic prices and works quickly too!
